Ruhan Ferreira was born in Bloemfontein and Matriculated at Grey College. After Matric he studied BCom IT at the University of the Free State where he also worked part time during his studies.
Ruhan is the founder of RuXSys and started the company in 2018.

Andrew Jusjong
Andrew grew up in Kroonstad, Vredefort and Bloemfontein where he Matriculated at Fichardt Park High School.
He then completed Baccalareus Comercii (Information Technology) in 2005 following with his Baccaleurs Commercii Honours (Information Technology) cum laude in 2012 – he also obtained the Dean’s Medal for Economic and Management Science in 2012.
Andrew is a Oracle Certified Expert and Microsoft Certified Professional and joined the RuXSys team in August 2019

Shivahn van Graan
Shivahn grew up in Bloemfontein and Matriculated at Eunice Girls High School. She studied at the University of the Free State where she completed BSC in Information Technology majoring in Computer Science and Business Management Cum Laude – 2016. She then completed her BSC Honours majoring in Computer Science and Informatics Cum Laude – 2018.
Shivahn joined RuXSys in June 2019 part time and full time in August 2019.

Jacqueline Pretorius
Jacqueline grew up in Southern Namibia and matriculated at Upington High School. She completed a Bachelor of Science Honours and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration at the University of the Free State.

Justin Marx
Justin was born in Bloemfontein and matriculated at Fichardtpark High School in 2016. After matric he studied MCSD (Microsoft Certified Software Development) at CTU Training Solutions.
Justin has joined the team full time in August 2022.

Beate Gadinger
Born and raised in Wellington in the Cape Winelands, Beate completed her qualifications at the University of the Free State. She obtained a BA in Media Studies, BA Honours in Communication Science, BA Honours in German Literature, as well as a Master’s degree in Higher Education Studies.
Beate joined the RuXSys team in June 2024.

Andro grew up in Bloemfontein and matriculated at St Andrew’s School. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology: Software Engineering.
Andro joined the RuXSys team part-time in March, 2026 and full-time in July, 2026.

Tristan was born in Johannesburg and matriculated at Grey College High School. He is currently studying towards a BSc in Network and Security Engineering at Eduvos.

Bianca was born in Bloemfontein and matriculated at Hoërskool Fichardtpark. She studied Somatology at Qualitas Career Academy in Bloemfontein.
She joined the RuXSys team end of November 2022 and helps with the administrative part.

Nelma was born in Barkly East and Matriculated at Gelofte School in Pinetown.
She studied Somatology at The Academy of Beauty Therapy in Assagaai.
Nelma helps with the administrative part of RuXSys and joined the team in 2018 when the company was started.
